Contracts
Prices are monthly, in AED. The largest offices are priced after a site walk.
Desk
Three evening visits a week. Small studios and single-room offices.
Suite
Five visits a week, Sunday to Thursday.
Floor
Six visits a week including Saturday. A full floor.
Campus
Several floors, or a daily service. We walk the site first.
Washroom service
Per washroom, between visits. Standard (one check a day) AED 220 a month; high traffic (a check every two hours) AED 340 a month.
Brightwell Cleaning is invented, and so is every figure on this page. Nothing is sent anywhere: the quote page only shows back what the agent handed over. Anything the agent “finds” about your office comes from a pretend register and is invented too.
What to watch
- It shows a contract before it asks you anything, starting from a typical office.
- Type a company name at the check: the pretend register gives the same invented figures every time.
- A large office lands on Campus, which has no price: it goes to a quote, never a figure.
- There is no basket. The hand-over is a quote request with two lines, or a person.
- Come back twice and end bigger (or smaller) than it guessed: it asks whether to start from what you said last time.
